Hi! My name is Edward, my friends call me, Ed.

As a full-time gardener, I am focused on
creating and maintaining spaces
that feel balanced, intentional, and lived in.
My work is shaped by texture, structure,
detail, and the rhythm of the seasons.

 

Before gardening, I spent over 20 years
as a graphic designer and photographer;
the last decade of that, working for myself
with a company I built from the ground up:
Ed Stern Ink & Co.

I created logos and websites, designed toys,
and collaborated on large-scale advertising
campaigns across the US, Europe,
East Asia, and South America.

 

Recently, I moved to Los Angeles, and travel
back and forth to New York until October 2025,
finishing up garden projects to complete
the season.
