Hi, I’m Ed. I am a professional gardener and graphic designer
with a life-long appreciation for well-made things.
 

My interest in gardens began early, as a little kid working in my father's vegetable garden in Upstate New York, and grew through visits to historic estates and landscapes throughout the Northeast.
 

Living in New York City as a Creative Director, daily walks through Central Park, the High Line, rooftop gardens, and the parks along the West Side, along with frequent visits to botanical gardens,
kept me connected to the outdoors.
 

Traveling through Europe and the Middle East as a photographer deepened that connection — from the riads of Morocco to the gardens of Spain, southern France, and northern Italy.
 

Now based in Los Angeles with the year-round growing season,
I'm particularly interested in public-facing spaces — museums, universities, and municipal environments where the grounds become part of the experience for everyone who passes through.
